- Prepares amazing proposals as well as writes elegant and beautiful codes in mobile platform, e.g. iPhone OS, Android, Windows Mobile
- Wants to do great work for great clients
- Thinks before you code
- Loves making your coding more productive and expressive
- Believes programming is a fantastic career
- Self-motivated to solve problems and manage tasks
- Willing to brainstorm and contribute to our A-Team
- Wants to learn, push themselves, and make the Four Directions a better team
- Loves coding to a point that you would try to find a job where you could code all the time
