Job Description
Job Duties
- Provide first level customer service and hotline support to customers via telephone and email
- Perform trouble-shooting on systems
- Logs all customer problem phone calls and emails
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate or above in computer related subjects
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Good attitude, hard working and willing to learn
- Customer service experience would be an advantage
