Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Collect cash from customer at cashier counter
- Perform daily payment activity in Cashier
- Handle payment data checking
- Ensure quality service incl. ARA provided to external and internal customer
- Ensure payment collected met Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guideline
- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operation in cashier
Job Requirements
- Form 5 or above, preferably with professional insurance qualification
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in insurance industry
- Good service mindset
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and positive
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
