Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle members’ enquiries/ requests/ complaints via email
  • Handle members’ reward redemption
  • Provide admin support to the planning team
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments if required

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in any related disciplines
  • Minimum one year work experience in customer services field is preferred but recent graduate with relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Knowledge in computer applications including English and Chinese word processing, MS Office (excel & word)
  • Good communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Patience, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and responsibly
