Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle members’ enquiries/ requests/ complaints via email
- Handle members’ reward redemption
- Provide admin support to the planning team
- Perform other ad hoc assignments if required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in any related disciplines
- Minimum one year work experience in customer services field is preferred but recent graduate with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Knowledge in computer applications including English and Chinese word processing, MS Office (excel & word)
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English
- Patience, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and responsibly
