You will be assisting Managers for the strategic planning and implementation of a mega lifestyle event in Japan, including liaising with government departments, topic related museums, associations & clubs, lifestyle brands, venue providers, potential sponsors, local PR and Advertising firms and more.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of both written and spoken Japanese and English
• Professional communication and organizational skills
• University graduate with2 to 3 years related working experience in Events Management, Marketing, PR and related disciplines
• Proficient in MS Windows, MS Office (particularly PowerPoint) and Japanese & English word processing
• Frequent travel to Japan may be required
• Permanent HKID holder
