The job:

• To oversee a range of corporate communications materials and platforms.    These  include production of interim and annual reports for the Group’s   public companies (hard copy and e-versions), sustainability reports, analyst briefings materials, corporate videos, websites, group intranet, and various corporate publications
• To oversee the organization of corporate events including annual results press conference, analyst briefing, internal conferences and other staff events
• To provide consultation service to Swire group companies on brand guidelines and the usage of the Swire logo

Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree, with at least 10 years relevant managerial experience
• Relevant experience in corporate communication.  Experience in production of interim / annual reports for listed companies an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua is required
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
