SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Samples development, tracking and follow up for regions;
• Develop, and keep track of samples status and quality to ensure customers' specifications, BOM, timelines are met ;
• Prepare the regular reports and assist the Sourcing team on the merchandising jobs;
• Coordinate day-to-day information, sample logistics and deliverable details (dimension, artworks, testing, images,...)
• Keep track and update status of open projects and deliverables regularly, escalate critical milestones and project issues as needed;

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in merchandising or equivalent preferred;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in sizable bags sourcing office or manufacturers;
• Knowledge of the product development and procurement cycle is important;
• Experience in costing and dealing with suppliers and factories;
• Be able to follow up on ground up product developments independently;
• Be familiar with material sourcing;
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of English and Mandarin;
