Job Duties:

• Assist in performing company secretarial and clerical duties including but not limited to maintaining corporate records and filings, updating registers, government filings, drafting resolutions;
• Assist in preparing annual / interim report, announcement, circular, board and committee and general meetings and other related matters;
• Monitor and ensure compliance with the Companies Ordinance, Hong Kong Listing Rules and other statutory and regulatory requirements;
• Handle ad-hoc project as assigned

Job Requirements:

•     Diploma with qualification of ICSA/HKICS or equivalent
•     1-2 years company secretarial experience
•     Basic knowledge in Hong Kong Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance, and Companies Ordinance, practical experiences and knowledge with Corporate Governance
•     Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
•     Able to work independently, initiative and energetic
•     Travel to Macau and China occasionally
•     Immediate available will be highly preferred
