Responsibilities:

• Support store manager in all respects and ensure that the store functions smoothly and properly at all times
• Assist store manager in monitoring staff activities and supervisor their performance
• Maximize the sales target and help to achieve the shop target
• Provide excellent customer service to customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate and offer support in case of inventory counts, window display change, or similar activities
• Support store manager to effectively execute daily sales and operations duties

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years’ relevant working experience in luxury brand (preferably in Menswear) with at least 2 years at supervisory level
• Experience in MTM is not essential but will be an advantage
• Having a proven track record of outstanding achievements in sales
• A good team-player with excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, pro-active, customer service oriented and strong sense of responsibilities
• Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
