Duties:

• To provide general shipping clerk duties such as preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, and checking bills of lading
• Make shipment bookings, ensure cargo is delivered and shipped on time, data entry, verification of data and filling
• To work closely with freight forwarders, purchasing team, factory and customers for shipping arrangement
• To communicate with customer’s shipping / logistics department for the arrangement of special documents for different customers.
• Handle general clerical duties and other ad hoc jobs assigned by supervisors
• Full set of import & export shipping & L/C
• 
         

Requirements:

• Form 5 to 7 or above
• 2-3 years’ relevant working experience in manufacturing or I/E company
• Be able to handle full set import / export documents
• Good knowledge of accounting principles is preferable
• Good organization skill, mature, able to work under pressure with good team spirit
• Work independently, well organized & self motivated
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office
• Immediately available is highly preferred
