Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support; including guests greeting and handle incoming calls in a polite manner
• Handle daily mailings, deliveries, fax and courier services
• Delegate and arrange local deliveries for internal/external users
• In responsible office renovation and repair/maintenance services within the office
• Manage conference rooms’ bookings in a sufficient manner
• Manage office supplies and equipment procurement as well as inventory control
• Handle monthly billings and manage payments
• Assist in air tickets and hotel accommodations bookings
• Assist in organizing company events

Job Requirements 

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of solid administrative/secretarial experience; preferably gained from sizable companies
• Proficiency of PC operation in MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• With strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skill, responsible, detail-minded and a good team player
• Willing to work overtime as when required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
