Responsibilities:

• Manage conference rooms and lounge facilities
• Attend to clients’ in house needs and requests with courtesy and efficiency
• Handle overall reception duties and provide clerical support to the team
• Organize meals
• Arrange for purchase and refill of refreshments 

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.  Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.  
•  Cheerful and people oriented with passion to communicate with clients confidently and to build a strong company image.
• Min 2 years working experience.  Experience with PR companies, Advertising agencies, Airlines and Hotels would be ideal but not strictly essential.
• Proactive and sensible - possess good common knowledge and a logical mind, thus able to work sensibly. 
• Able to work OT at ad hoc notice.
