Main Responsibilities:
-Supervise BCP and outsourcing management tasks/activities execution stipulated by H.O. and coordinate with user/participants;
-Supervise ORM activities execution particularly in risk assessment process, KRI monitoring and regular reporting.

Requirements:
-University graduate or equivalent and major in business/ risk management/ compliance studies;
-At least 2 years' working experience in Operational Risk Management/ Internal Control area of Banking industry;
-Fluent in English and Chinese;
-Good in task planning and controls;
-Proficient in MS Office e.g. Excel, Word & PowerPoint; etc.;
-Good interpersonal and presentation skills;
-Eager to learn, precise, hardworking and helpful;
-Well organized and able to work independently and initiative.

Candidate with some working experience in Loans or Legal will also be considered for the position of Senior Supervisor.
