Responsibilities:

• Responsible for energy investment project development and project negotiation
• Responsible for project feasibility analysis and assessment of project investment risk; Completion of project-related evaluation (including market, technology and financial evaluation), investment plan design and report. Responsible for company's investment and financing
• Post-investment management, as well as project end transaction design, documentation, follow-up and other basic work
• Follow up the relevant laws, regulations & policies, and provide forward-looking opinions and decision-making references for the Company's investment and financing
• Complete other work items

Requirements :

• 3-5 years related work experience, familiar with the solar power station industry and capital market, have participated in energy project or securities analyst work experience is preferred
• Bachelor degree or above in finance related discipline (preferably with energy background, economics, finance, management, or law, etc)
• Familiar with energy industry development, investment management and M & A process
• Strong logical analysis, strong sense of responsibility, careful and meticulous work, good self-study and knowledge updating ability, good communication and innovation ability
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Willing to travel according to job requirements.
