Requirements:

• At least 3-7 years' visual managerial experience in fashion retail with proven track record
• Collaborate with Store Manager to integrate both operational and visual objectives
• Execute and support Company and Store Manager’s business objectives
• Able to multi-task & work in a fast pace environment
• Partner with Store Manager in administration of store-wide meetings per company directives and communicate visual successes and opportunities to the Store Manager
• Provide hands-on training and development of store visual team
• Maximize sales and visual impact though optimal arrangement of tables, fixtures, walls and mannequins while upholding company visual guidelines and directives
• Strong communication ability, interpersonal, written and verbal
• High-flexibility with schedule required
• Leadership Dimensions: Demonstrate Integrity, Lead by Example, Plan and Execute Company Objectives, Communication, Coach and Develop, and Motivate

Support the company vision through ownership and accountability for the visual merchandise presentation in assigned store.
