Job Description
We are company is an internationally renowned interior design and contracting company
Requirement
- Diploma in Building Studies / Construction management or related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project, manage in fitting out work, retail, residential, office and hotel etc
- Coordinate site matters and report problems
- Coordinate and liaise with sub-contractors & supplier
- Monitor payment, material submissions, quantity confirmation logistics to meet the project schedule
- Prepare O&M manual upon project completion when necessary
- Prepare weekly progress report for client's record
- Willing to travel occasionally
- Computer literate (AutoCAD)
