Job Description

We are company is an internationally renowned interior design and contracting company

Requirement

  • Diploma in Building Studies / Construction management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project, manage in fitting out work, retail, residential, office and hotel etc
  • Coordinate site matters and report problems
  • Coordinate and liaise with sub-contractors & supplier
  • Monitor payment, material submissions, quantity confirmation logistics to meet the project schedule
  • Prepare O&M manual upon project completion when necessary
  • Prepare weekly progress report for client's record
  • Willing to travel occasionally
  • Computer literate (AutoCAD)
