Our client is one of the leading investment banks. They are looking for a Data Center Supervisor/ Engineer to provide data center operation management service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the installation of IT equipment within Data Centre and ensure the environment is maintained in a safe and stable condition
• Perform daily Data Centre health checks and reporting in terms of temperature, power, floor weight, fire load, water, cell phones, etc.
• Respond to emergencies and provide remedies
• Perform facilities management, audits and support all IT events from Data Centre perspective
• Provide server maintenance and repair Break-Fix services in accordance with Service Levels
• Liaise with clients, tenants and vendors as required
• Discuss and implement future Data Centre strategies/ products, capacity planning and forecast

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Electrical, Mechanical, Information Technology or equivalent
• Solid experience in Data Centre operation and facilities management
• Good team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese
