Duties: 

• ŸTo provide administrative and financial as well as IT support to the Centre located in Tai Wo;
• ŸTo provide comprehensive counter services at the Centre in a customer services oriented manner;
• ŸTo assist in and coordinate repair and maintenance works for the Centre and to work closely with the contractor/vendors, if necessary;
• ŸTo maintain IT support and to provide relevant solutions, including but not limited to networking, servers, firewalls, end user devices and multimedia support;
• ŸTo prepare report and document compilation;
• ŸTo perform other related duties as required and assigned.

 Requirements: 

• ŸHigher Diploma or above in any discipline
• ŸMinimum 3 year of relevant working experience
• ŸGood knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Adobe Photoshop, server maintenance and webpage implementationŸ
• ŸCreative, self-motivated, organized and positive work attitude
• ŸPassionate in serving children
• ŸImmediate available is highly preferable
• ŸWork on weekends/public holidays and irregular office hours is required
