The Job :

- Understand business strategy, delivering projects on-time, on-budget, on specification and on-quality

- Responsible for project scope, change control and issue management

- Compile and present reports to customer and manage customer expectation

- Implement and manage project changes

- Establish effective working relationships with stakeholders and other functional areas

Requirements :

- Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines

- Minimum 5 years IT project management experience

- Holder of PMP or Prince 2 preferred

- Experience in regional IT project implementation

- Knowledge on software development

- Good experience to manage onshore and offshore resources

- Excellent people management, negotiation and presentation skills

- Fluency in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
