Assistant Production Manager / Production Officer (Ref: APM/PO 071216)

 Responsibilities:

• Prepares and executes validation documents including URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ for new and existing equipment.
• Liaises with Engineering Department regarding URS and FAT.
• Manages validation program such as process validation and cleaning validation etc.
• Reviews the validation schedule to make sure that all validation activities are up-to-dated and are proceeded according to the planned schedule.
• Ensures the qualification activities are reasonable and understandable and comply with the policy of Quality Management System.
• Establishes and maintains all validation plan and policy, and related SOPs.
• Assists in deviation investigation, risk assessment and CAPA.
• Manages and issues production documents.
• Provides training to production staff.
• Other duties assigned by the management.
• Less experienced candidate will offer the post of Production Officer.

 Qualifications and Experiences:

• Degree in chemical / mechanical engineering, pharmaceutical or science related disciplines.
• 2 years or above working experience in qualification and validation activities in pharmaceutical industry.
• Good command of written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in PC application, including MS Office.
• Good communication skills, self-motivated, hard-working and cooperative.
