Responsibilities:

Workload Planning and Scheduling

• Leads a team of Workforce Management professionals in the forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management aspects of Field Activities.
• Provides subject matter expertise regarding forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management strategies and initiatives.
• Partners with Global field-teams to identify and implement best practices to reduce expense and/or increase efficiencies.

Data Management, Analysis, Reporting & Statistics

• Builds relationships and consults with IT project teams or other enterprise resources to improve effectiveness and efficiency of data and reporting solutions.
• Runs data analytics (KPIs) for PSQA, RS, Vendors and factories field activities and performance.

Social Assessment Review & CAP Management

• Leads a team of analysts to review and analyze social and environmental audit results.
• Builds a team that has a working knowledge of labor and environmental laws and regulations and an acute understanding of Target’s Standards of Vendor Engagement (SOVE)
• Develops systemic approach to reviewing audits and driving effective corrective action plans (CAPs) or improvement plans for social/environmental assessments

Requirements:

• 7-8 years’ relevant experience
• B.A./B.S. degree in business or related field
• 2+ years management experience leading teams in line operation and business support or technical roles
• Management skills necessary to effectuate change and fuel the implementation of strategic planning over cross-functional areas
• Proven experience in managing tools and applications in forecasting, scheduling and reporting or other technical applications
• Significant analytic aptitude, ability to analyze data and formulate effective strategies and tactics to achieve company objectives
• Strong verbal and written communication skills\
• Demonstrated success in introducing and executing new strategies and ways of doing business and increased organizational effectiveness.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Analyst.
