Job Description
Our client is a luxury skincare brand and they are looking for a Regional CRM Manager to support the rapid business growth in Asia. Reporting to Regional Marketing Manager and you will be responsible for:
RESPONSIBILITY
- Define and drive Asia CRM strategy working with Global CRM to ensure they are align
- Drive analyses using CRM data (most linked product, product path) and make recommendations and/or provide insights on customer behaviors that potentially impact the business
- Develop and provide budgetary planning guidelines for CRM activities based on segments, life-cycle and ROI
- Provide Monthly Report on CRM KPIs, CRM activities, and key findings
- For key launches, provide benchmarks of historic product launch for recruitment, targeting and messaging to optimize response rate
- Quarterly report on Best Practice in CRM amongst Asian markets
REQUIREMENT
- University Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration related area
- Over 10 years experience in local CRM role (Preferably in the cosmetic industry, luxury retail experience. Previous regional experience would be a plus)
- Independent, results driven and self-motivated
- Analytical and investigative mind, good with numbers
- Possess expertise in customer database and analytics
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal to be able to federate
- Creative, flexible and well organized
- Passion for consumer research or insights generation
- Positive attitude, passionate and good influencing skills
- Digitally savvy and strong interest in social trends is a plus
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a plus
