Job Description:

• Assist in event and exhibition project development and management, including but not limited to stage management, event rundown and setup, monitoring installation and logistics, etc.
• Plan and Coordinate all logistics arrangement for each event and exhibition project.
• Ensure each project is conforming to the schedule, budget and clients’ requirements.
• Work closely with internal and external parties.

Job Requirement:

1. A Minimum of 3 years solid event experience is a must; previously in Marketing / PR / Advertising agencies will be advantaged. Less experience will be considered as an Event executive
2. Hold a high diploma or above in event management / marketing or any other related field
3. Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese is essential.
4. Able to work on multi-projects, under pressure, self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently under tight deadline.
5. Passionate about events and possess excellent communications / customer service skills.
6. Have knowledge and experience in event production and management will be an advantaged.
