We are looking for high-calibre Assistant Media Coordinator in news services, feature writing, publicity and public relations.

Responsibilities:

• To work in Government building in Tsim Sha Tsui
• To assist in implementing publicity and advertising plans on programs and activities organised by the department
• To draft press releases, feature articles, advertising copies, write-ups and other publicity materials
• To arrange placements of advertisements and advertorial as well as monitor invoices
• To assist in handling of media enquiries and complaints, coordinate filming requests from the media, provide information and photographs to the media and columnists
• To assist in organising press conferences and briefings, press interviews, media functions and tours, and perform marshaling duties; and
• To monitor media reports and TV/radio programs, and carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Working hours: Normally Mon to Fri 9:00 am to 5:48 pm
• candidate may work on Sat, Sun or Public Holiday, compensation leave will be arranged

Requirements:

• University degree from a registered university
• At least 2 years' experience in the fields of journalism, public relations, publicity, marketing or event management
