Responsibilities :

-          Managing blue chip retail customers across a number of product categories

-          Understand the needs, requirements, buying/sampling process, nature and market of each account

-          Constantly look for ways to improve customer service levels

-          Order follow up with suppliers for on-time shipment of correct specification products

-          Supervise 2 subordinates

-          Supplier visits for project management and relationship building

-          New product development

-          Help to solve issues and work with other departments to achieve objectives

-          Work closely with Senior Management Team

Requirements :

-          Minimum 5 years related work experience in homewares or gift & premium products; UK market experience is preferable

-          Excellent command of English and Mandarin

-          Creative and attentive to detail

-          Able to work under pressure and consistently hit deadlines

-          Team player with excellent communication skills and a stable employment history

-          Strong commercial skills and numeracy

-          Good understanding of quality products and service

-          Effective project management skills

-          Must be prepared to travel to PRC and overseas

-          Knowledge of social audits i.e. SMETA, BSCI, SA8000 etc
