- Supervise technical, operations and building staff in estate management
- Negotiate with tenants, and handle all matters relating to building management issues
Requirements:
- Member of MHKIH/MCIH/Housing Managers Registration Board with a minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience in property management in Hong Kong
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
