Operations Manager assists in the delivery of service and educational experience for the Students in the Centre.  He/she will assist the Centre Director in managing the Service team comprised of Teachers, Student Relationship Executive, Teaching Assistant and Service Officer; ensuring that they all provide a consistent premium experience to Students. This ultimately leads to the strengthening of the Wall Street English brand and brings stability to the overall business through renewals and referrals. Part of achieving this will require him/her to work in synergy with Center Director and sales team on promoting internal sales from renewal of student contracts and friend and family referrals from current students. This role is also required to facilitate first and second lessons plus Channel and Social Club Activities.

Requirements:

• Certification/ Academic Level: - Post-secondary educated (University degree in any discipline is preferred)
• At least one year management experience leading a team (Three years preferred)
• Native or bilingual speaker of English - Patient, responsible, and empathetic
• Able to engage in on–going professional development
• Willing to participate and contribute to a harmonious work environment that encourages cooperation and team work
• Able to inspire, flexible and creative
• Well organized, communicative, outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic
• Experienced and able to lead a team 
• Computer literate
