JOB SUMMARY

• This position is an entry position and working closely with the team and other internal stakeholders for daily accounting function. 

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

• Accounting Manager.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for daily accounts receivable transactions and invoices handling;
• Support daily and monthly closing processes ensuring that daily work and financial transactions are free from errors and delivered on deadline;
• Ensure that the appropriate accounts are reconciled on a ongoing basis and that the reconciliations are at appropriate level of details and tie to the general ledger;
• Prepare voucher for receivable and general ledger and also period end schedules and reports;
• Participate in ad hoc assignments upon requested;
• Assist year-end closing

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily office administrative function may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or above in accounting studies;
• Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent written and spoken skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 2 years experience in accounting or equivalent is a must;
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel;
• Effective interpersonal and co-ordination skills;
• Able to work independently, under pressure in a fast pace environment;
• Immediate available is preferred

PREFERRED

• Experience in international or multicultural environment is highly preferred.
