The job holder is accountable for handling of accounting books accurately and ensure that all relevant report should be prepared on time.

Responsibility: 

1. Responsible for routine accounts receivable functions including data entry, billing and filing
2. Ensure proper invoicing/billing
3. Ensure data input in a timely & accurate manner
4. Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure proper invoicing and reporting
5. Monitor and follow up long outstanding debt
6. Handle sales receipt reconciliation
7. Assist to prepare accounting schedules for month end closing and year-end audit
8. Assist in add-hoc tasks or other duties as required

Requirements:

1. Diploma / LCCI intermediate level or above, 
2. 3+years of full set of accounting experience
   
3. Responsible, reliable, and pleasant personality
4. Detailed-minded, independent with strong sense of responsibility
5. Good command in written and spoken English
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with MYOB accounting software is as must
7. Higher qualification & working experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
8. Immediate available is preferred
