Responsibilities

• Report directly to Audit Team Head and perform audit assignments;
• Participate in projects and provide professional advice;
• In charge of audit engagement team, including audit planning, budgeting and overseeing performance of teammates;
• Identifying auditing issues and proposing timely solutions and resolve before results announcement;
• Preparing/reviewing and analyzing consolidated financial statements under Hong Kong Reporting Standards or International Financial Reporting Standards;
• Conduct risk based audit in accordance with the auditing standards;
• Responsible for identifying issues and provide feasible recommendation to the team members.

Requirements

• HKICPA member with over 5 years audit experiences or relevant qualification;
• Strong technical skills and ability to identify and resolve complicated audit issues;
• Knowledge of listing rules and on the job experience in handling listed company engagements and IPO;
• Strong leadership with determination and independent with drive and initiative;
• Mature, proactive, committed, strong sense of responsibility;
• Proactive with positive attitude and good communication and interpersonal skills; 
• Accuracy, hardworking, initiative, willing to work under pressure;
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Aspiration to become a partner;
• Immediate available preferred.
