Job Description

• Perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation and Benefits and Employee Relations etc
• Assist the payroll and benefits administration
• Monitor and update data such as leave record, overtime record, staff attendance and maintain update filing records
• Maintain staff information and records accuracy in the HRIS
• Handle work injury cases
• Prepare HR related reports and update HR policy & procedure

Requirement

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Business Administration
• 2-4 years relevant experience in human resources
• Hands-on experience in HRIS administration (MRC) is an advantage
• Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance
• Good interpersonal and communication  skills in English and Chinese
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Input
• Responsible, pro-active and well-organized
• Attentive to details, high accuracy and able to work under pressure
