Responsibilities:
• Provide full spectrum HR support not limited to recruitment, job fair and staffing logistics
• Prepare and compile various regular management reports
• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR department
• Update and maintain employee database records
• Assist in ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Handle sensitive information in confidential and professional manner
• Strong PC skills in using MS Office and web applications
• Detail-minded, independent, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A team player with good interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
