Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver trainings independently mainly in HK and PRC
• Facilitate specific workshops
• Assist in developing training materials and enhance existing training programs
• Formulate effective training delivery and methodology
• Carry out post-training assessment at the workplace
• Develop training programs based on training needs analysis (include tutor notes, lesson plans, etc…)
• Translate and edit training materials from English to Simplified Chinese
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Education, Training or related discipline
• A minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification work experience in training field is required
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluent in Mandarin is a must)
• Ability to read and write Simplified Chinese is required for this position
• Ability to convert challenges and questions from participants into learning opportunities
• Independent, self-discipline, hard-working, team-player and pleasant personality
• Strong presentation skills with passion to develop people
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective people management
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel to PRC and work irregular hours, if required
