Responsibilities  :

• Responsible for creating deign directions for Apparel,
• Merchandised / Styled apparel collection into different looks in preparation for launch in Global markets,.
• Involved with store design proposals
• Worked very closely with Merchandisers form different categories to decide and confirm relevant products to animate within stores and in all windows across China region e.g. display and highlight key best sellers.
• Implement new structure for existing VM team
• Work closely with communication team to provide assistance during special promotional events, to ensure the brands image is well maintained

        Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design or related discipline with 8 years relevant working experience in Fashion & Casual wear
• Well versed in fashion trend and fashion market of Global,
• Strong interpersonal skills and good communication / presentation skills
• Able to cope with fast changes, tight schedules, diverse environment, and have excellent follow through
• Proactive, creative with technical experience with excellent sense of fashion/ market trends, materials, color, shapes etc
• Good leadership with strong communication skill
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Travel is required
