Music & Events Co-ordinator (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange course materials i.e. music scores, instrumental tracks, demo recordings etc.
• Work closely with Music Instructors and provide curriculum reviews occasionally
• Co-ordinate students’ performances and events
• May require to help managing centre daily operations and general clerical support duties when in short of manpower

Requirements

• Form 6 or above with music production/event co-ordination experience (experience in education centre would be a bonus)
• Fluent in Chinese and English, basic Mandarin
• Knowledge in score typing software e.g. Sibelius/Finale
• Knowledge in music production software e.g. GarageBand/LogicPro
• Good interpersonal skills
• Passion in music and working with young children and teenagers
• Strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude
• 5.5 working days per week including Saturday, may require to work full-day for weekends during performance peak season
• Possess an energetic, patient and organized personality
• Fresh graduates are welcome
