Responsibilities:

• Liaise with all related parties in product testing and post-production technical support
• Plan and conduct product inspection and sampling test for new and existing products
• Provide daily operation support in handling user's technical related issues and feedback
• Review product defect and prepare analysis reports
• Assist to develop in-house tools or programming for testing and defect analysis
• Undertake any ah-hoc duty when assigned

Requirements:

• 2 years or above work experience in testing or technical support
• Diploma or above in Electronic, Engineering or equivalent
• Good communication skill with all stakeholders
• A good team player, proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good analytical and problem solving skill
• Familiar with MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as the Senior Engineer
