Responsibilities

• Responsible for supermarket chains, convenience stores and individual retailers
• Plan, initiate and execute promotional activity and pricing strategy to meet the sales target
• Monitor the progress and overall results of sales campaign
• Observe market changes, competitor activities, feedbacks and identify business opportunity
• Analysis sales data and gather market intelligence
• Manage subordinate and supervise daily sales operation
• Prepare reports on sales performance

Requirement

• Degree in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in sale or marketing experience in FMCG which 3 years at supervisory level with proven track record in sales achievement
• Energetic, independent, outgoing and self-motivated
• Strong business acumen with good analytical thinking, creative, result-oriented and a drive to succeed
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in presentation and negotiation techniques
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
• Immediately available is preferred
