One of our clients, a garment manufacturing company is currently seeking a suitable IT Professional to join their elite team.

Job duties:

• Work closely with Users and Developers to decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and specifications
• Work with Business Units and Technical Team to prepare contingency and disaster recovery plan for mission critical systems within the group
• Facilitate cross functional workshops and meeting to ensure all projects are correctly scoped
• Perform regular review on applications with business practices and needs to evaluate application enhancement and business process re-engineering proposals
• Perform regular audit to ensure application and standard operation procedures and are properly deployed and followed.
• Provide consultancy to internal users on system and operation processes.
  
  

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 5 years working experience in Garment Manufacturing
• Sound experience in project management, business analysis and business process
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin)
• Traveling is required.
