Job Description:

• Handle inquiries and provide helpdesk support to users on hardware and software
• Monitor and maintain smooth running of computer, printer, projector, monitor, IP telephone etc.
• Ensure the timely resolution of all incident and problem
• Perform ad-hoc projects and other IT initiatives where necessary
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT or related discipline
• At least 1-2 years working experience
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, and able to work independently under a high pressure environment
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
• Experience in basic network administration & support
