Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basis
• Support disbursement process and office overhead expenses
• Prepare / input journals
• Assist in intercompany payment and receipt
• Prepare and reconcile general ledger schedules
• Assist in performing month end closing 
• Report financial information to Headquarter
• Assist in preparing yearly accounting budget/audit/tax
• Perform any other assignment as instructed by Supervisors and Managers

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above , with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Diploma holder of accounting or related discipline
• 1-2 year relevant working experience
• Able to meet deadline and work under pressure, proactive, independent
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)
• Team player with positive attitude, willing to learn and strive for continuous development
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Putonghua
• Candidates with more experience would be considering as Senior Account Clerk
• Immediate available is preferred
