Job Description

Job duties:
- Support the team with various fundraising & volunteer activities
- Assist the team to manage all-round daily operation
- Provide administrative, logistics and clerical support in the department
- Assist in implementing & execution on marketing activities and function
- Liaise with external /internal parties
- Maintain the database / Data entry/ Documentations
- Handle any other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent with marketing qualifications
- At least three years of relevant working experience, preferably in marketing and event management
- Detail-minded, well-organized and possess good interpersonal skills and high level of accuracy
- Responsible, good team player & self-motivated
- Ability to complete multiple projects concurrently while balancing competing priorities; ability to meet deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system preferred
** Working hours : 5 half day works per week
