Job Description

REQUIREMENTS :

  • HKDSE or above in business administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in office administration and human resources areas will be an advantage
  • Able to work in a multi-task environment with minimal supervision
  • Self-initiative, efficient, independent, responsible and will to work under pressure
  • Excellent in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, monthly payroll & MPF calculation, MPF administration, medical scheme and Annual Tax Return
  • Prepare, maintain and update accurate working/ leave records and monthly overtime & late records
  • Update personnel filing system, leave records, employee records and resignation records
  • Maintain good administration filing system
  • Manage daily office administration operations
  • Back up reception desk duties
