Job Description

Reporting to General Manager – Leadership Development, the incumbent will be given the opportunity to impact the development of our current and future leaders across the Swire Group.

The Job:

  • Responsible for designing the following areas of the Group Staff/House Staff Swire General Leadership Programme and reviewing current practices:
    • Competency Framework
    • Career Framework
    • Performance Management Process
    • Leadership Profiles
    • Assessment Centres
    • Development solutions
    • Process design and partnering with IT to implement technology to automate and create a seamless user experience
  • Accountable for the execution of the Leadership Profiles for the annual review of talent
  • Design and manage the Swire General Finance Leadership Programme to recruit, develop and retain a HiPo talent pool of future Finance Directors. The scope will entail manpower planning, employer branding & recruitment, onboarding, training and development, talent management, performance management, annual finance talent review and Finance Leadership Profiles.
  • Design and manage a Human Resources Leadership Programme to recruit, develop and retain a HiPo talent pool of future HR Directors
  • Support GM-LD on ad-hoc projects to deliver our vision and strategy

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 10 years’ HR experience, with a focus on leadership development
  • Experience in designing and implementing performance, development, talent and career frameworks
  • Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, problem solving and drive for results
  • Passionate about developing others
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
