Key responsibilities:

• Arrange and administrate in-house CPD course with the Law Society of Hong Kong;
• Keep all CPD / RME records, including in-house seminars and individual records;
• Backup the reception;
• Assist in matter opening & closing;
• Arrange for outside messengering and outgoing mails;
• Manage stationery supplies, including regular stock take for office consumables;
• Take charge of various admin duties

Applicants should have:

• Diploma in Office Management or equivalent;
• A minimum of 3 years’ admin experience (preferably in a law firm);
• Proficiency in MS word and MS Excel;
• Fluent communication skills in Cantonese and English;
• and should be well organized, flexible and able to work independently and in a team
