JPMorgan Asset Management ("JPMAM") provides investment management products and services to institutional and individual investors worldwide. It offers the full spectrum of investment strategies - from equity, cash management, fixed income, currency and asset allocation to alternative asset classes such as private equity, real estate and hedge funds.

To support existing Transfer Agency Team, we are looking for 6 months contract, full-time administrator to work with us in Mongkok office.

Key responsibilities include:

Handle client account opening and maintenance
Perform clerical duties such as data input and data verification for proper setup of client accounts
Process Unit Trust dealing orders per instruction (subscription, redemption, switching, transfer)
Arrange settlement of client money on subscription
Prepare documents and handle incoming and outgoing mails
Assist team leader in project related activities

Qualification:

Degree holder with some work experience preferably in banking and finance operation
An exceptional team player with a high level of integrity and self-discipline
Strong data sensitivity & detail minded
Interest in pursuing a career in banking operation
Exceptional multi-tasking skills with ability to work under a high volume transaction environment
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Cantonese

Employment terms:

Five days working (Monday to Friday)
Shift duties may be required
6 months contract
