Job Description

Office Assistant 辦公室助理

Responsibilities

  • Maintain office common area and conference rooms neat and tidy
  • Serve tea and coffee for guests
  • Perform outdoor assignment such as document collection and delivery, cheques bank-in etc. when required
  • Check and refill office and printing supplies.
  • Perform ad hoc assignment as assigned

 Requirements

  • Form 3 or above
  • At least 4 year of solid experience in office administration
  • Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, responsible, polite and punctual
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of Chinese and fair in English & Mandarin
  • Immediately available or available in short notice is highly preferred
