About Our Client

• A PRC background businessman is looking to set up his Asset Management business in Hong Kong; his sit money (AUM) is over HKD 10 billion
• The client is looking to secure the two Ros first for the license application before recruiting other candidates including Equity Analyst, Operations Associate, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist the company to apply for type 1,4,9 SFC license
• Once the licenses have been granted, the candidate will either work as a Portfolio Manager or Operations Manager
• As the PM, the candidate will be responsible for the company’s AUM
• As the Ops, the candidate will oversee all the middle- and back-office work including account opening, settlement, fund set-up, compliance, etc.

 Requirements

• Existing Responsible Officer 1,4,9 or 1,9 or 9 with a clean SFC record is a must
• Sole and non-sole Responsible Officers are both welcome
