Joint Dynamics is an integrated health care provider that combines Physiotherapy, Manual Therapy, Rehabilitation and Personal Training.  We work as a cohesive team that assists clients to live up to their full potential.  Working with clients recovering from surgery or injury through to rehabilitation and into strength training and movement to help reduce the risk of further injury.

Currently we are looking to expand the area of Rehabilitation training, to do this we require a unique individual who can show both excellent medical qualification, sports experience and enthusiasm for project management to drive this business forward.

Specifically the role will entail:

1. Leading the drive to make "Rehabilitation Training" one of the pillars of the Joint Dynamics service offering

2. Liaising with Physiotherapists/Chiropractor as well as doctor partners in clinics and sports teams to design, write and offer premium quality rehabilitation technique training for Joint Dynamics clientele.

3. Working with Internal Business Managers to develop a Rehabilitation brand within Hong Kong

The candidate will show and should provide references for:

1. Medical &/or Sports Science background (preferably trained as a Sports Doctor, a Nurse, Physiotherapist/Osteopath or Chiropractor). Must show initiative to want to build a rehabilitation business in Hong Kong

2. Formal qualification in the area of pitch-side support would be highly regarded

3. Multi-skilled professional who can show having previously been involved in a team environment of allied health professionals

Rehabilitation from injury, child-birth and chronic disease is an area long undervalued in Hong Kong.  At Joint Dynamics we are looking for a unique individual to show a passion for the area, someone willing to engage in a business building exercise within an exciting team of individuals.
