Skill Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD,Sketchup or other design based skills
• Good communication skills and capability of handling full set drawings
• Responsible Self-motivated and Creative
• Customer focused and team orientated
  
• Less experience / Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Living area around Kowloon East district is an advantage
• Salary: 11,000-15,000 Negotiable

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of  presentation & construction drawings
• Preparation of budget and quotation
• Assist and coordinate with Project Manager
• Site supervision & coordination if needed.
• Immediate available is preferred
