Responsibilities:

• To ensure the safe and smooth operation of the building utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc)
• To check the condition of fabric of the buildings and take relevant measures to ensure suitable upkeep and maintenance for health & safety
• To coordinate site arrangement for all approved school or non-school events on site
• To assist with college related functions and events
• To perform other duties and assume accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives
• To undertake minor repair and maintenance works, move school furniture, equipment and heavy objects as directed
• To attend emergency repairing work and typhoon duty.

Requirements:

• Holder of Registration Certificate of Electrical Worker (Grade A or above)
• 1-2 years' relevant experience in building maintenance & fitting out work experience is an advantage
• Good communication skills in both written and verbal English
• Experience of working in an educational institution would be desirable
